Here's the interesting part of Jeff's statement:

As has been stated before, there is no evidence to support the premise that Mr. Bradley has ever been validly issued any series of Preferred shares. The attached document below is just a small sampling of the documented evidence. These open stock certificates were for Series A Preferreds that Mr. Dean Bradley was attempting to order for himself; these open certificates have all been turned over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation in compliance with their subpoena.

Looks like proof that Dean DOES NOT have the Series A Preferreds- Officer Duckworth has them!
