Lets say we do have to fully submit a new application to get the nasdaq listing. I believe with Rini knowing our situation, that the extensive work, background checks and everything else with the process may not need to be done again. Coupled with very, very few companies probably applying for the exchange as Family Investor said, this should be pretty fast. The nasdaq folks are probably enjoying this nice little break, especially after the last 4 years. lol

Family-Since you believe we will not have to worry about the price being near the $4 barrier then, do you think there is a possibility of applying for the NM instead? I don't see why not, just a dollar more and this is something New Visual should be able to overcome pretty easily once the water gets flowing. Thanks for your thoughts.
