Nice article but they forgot to mention my city " Fort McMurray " in Alberta Canada. The city banned all grocery bags starting in November of last year. But the stores are making a killing selling re-usable bags! I think I've bought about 50 bags so far because I keep forgeting to bring them to the store with me. I've thrown out about 35 of them so far so it doesn't help The dump much! I would love this city to use the bio degradable bags that bgnn has.
