NEOP just now on the AMEX and institutional interest is quickly building.

"NEOP" this cancer testing company is on the move. FDA approval seems to really like it thus far and has not found fault. Phase 3 trial should be ready this quarter and sounds like a shoe in. Take a minute and listen to this Bloomberg interview it should mean this biotech is going to move fast.
