I think Altus is "just" JB/Watley's "solution" to CPRK(Q)'s immediate problem.

I also think/hope that our Equity Committee is coming up with it's own financing and POR option(s), that are equal or better,
than Altus, to put before the judge and the Secured Creditors.

My hope is that Judge Thurman will review the offers, and see
the logic in going with what our esteemed Equity Committee is
pulling together.
