If you're willing to spend the $30 or so per month, I would highly suggest getting L2! Trading penny stocks without level 2 is like going into a sword fight without a sword. All in my opinion, of course. I'm sure the longer term traders would disagree with that.

It'll cost you nothing to dream. It'll cost you EVERYTHING not to.
