It looks like the only thing they are going backwards for is to pick up an old retailer by the name of "Walmart" who realized they made a mistake when they discontued orderes for Winning Colours in Q1 of 2010. The strong arm tactic by Walmart didn't work, as WNBD replaced the orders that ceased from Walmart with new retailers. Now they are back on board it's moving ahead to pick up some US big box retailers where you like it or not.
This epic dilution you speak of is only an opinion, since the numbers are there for all to see, and judge for themselves. I've seen hundreds of pinkies dump the amount of shares WNBD has issued over the last six months in a matter of day. Although I wish there were no need for dilution I feel it is happening at a moderate rate considering what is being accomplished. JMO
