Winning Brands is moving backwards, not forwards, that's the problem. No sales to sustain even basic daily operations. Hence the Epic Dilution,

It looks like the only thing they are going backwards for is to pick up an old retailer by the name of "Walmart" who realized they made a mistake when they discontued orderes for Winning Colours in Q1 of 2010. The strong arm tactic by Walmart didn't work, as WNBD replaced the orders that ceased from Walmart with new retailers. Now they are back on board it's moving ahead to pick up some US big box retailers where you like it or not.

Thank you Walmart

.There has been good progress early this week in resolving issues that have a bearing on a resumption of ordering; there are no points of disagreement at this time. There are, however, some practical details pertaining to delivery minimums, but there are workable solutions available in my opinion. We will work with our distributor to complete suitable arrangements. When I have evidence that goods are being reordered by this retailer, it will be confirmed by News Release.

I thank all parties involved in these discussions for having kept consumers’ interests on the agenda. Consumers have noticed that Winning Colours was missing from Walmart shelves. During this pause, consumers have spoken, including unsolicited correspondence which expressed their desire to find Winning Colours Stain Remover at Canada’s Walmart stores, but also documented their willingness to buy Winning Colours elsewhere by sharing stories of their efforts in this regard.

The ideal solution is for consumers to find the product at their preferred shopping destination - and Walmart is a favourite for many. A resumption of ordering will be beneficial for all parties and this is understood by all parties.

This epic dilution you speak of is only an opinion, since the numbers are there for all to see, and judge for themselves. I've seen hundreds of pinkies dump the amount of shares WNBD has issued over the last six months in a matter of day. Although I wish there were no need for dilution I feel it is happening at a moderate rate considering what is being accomplished. JMO
