That's a great question!

IMO, people should watch L2 very closely for an exit point (unless you're holding long term, which it sounds like many here are doing). I don't think a certain price target is what the big traders are looking for. Instead, I think they will be watching a shift in momentum. It will become obvious when restricted shares are starting the hot the market again. VFIN or VNDM will show up again on the ask, and large orders will start to go through. IMO, that's what the big traders will be looking for.
