You pretty much didnt say anything regarding the concert at the speedway before last week, until it was after the fact about whats going on regarding how the speedway is looking at it. I'm not going to sit here and debate it out, I can understand how it can go both ways.

In my honest opinion, from the DD here, I don't think the people who are actually interested in coming to the cuban music festival care if it is at the Speedway or 5 miles down the road from there at an equally presentable venue. And the way it is looking the show is going to go on either way.

It doesn't look like Fuego is the one being sued. Seems like

Homestead Speedway -sueing- Mia Resorts
Fuego -sueing- Homestead Speadway

(Of course that is very simplified and i might have gotten it wrong), but by the looks of it I think Fuego saw it coming and were well prepared with a team of lawyers and the ACLU ready.

The times are changing, not necessarily to dissrespect anyone, but the fact that we have a black president, the new generation pretty much throwing out the "ruler" of Egypt, and the fact that in Chicago a candidate for mayor who does NOT even meet the written residency requirements but is still allowed to run due to popular demand, should tell you guys to expect change going forward.

Other than that, if you think that Hugo is doing such an unethical thing to the cuban community such as

get a kick at provocating and teasing it

then why are you even in this stock if it goes against your moral code of ethics?
