When you are invested in a company on the cusp of production and up-listing, patience must be exercised. Without it, any long could sell, just to wake up to "the news" that will transform this stock overnight. I would hate to be in that position. The company is clearly being very cautious about taking all the necessary steps to make sure production is as seamless and efficient as possible before they begin on a full scale. If you don't have the patience to see this through on the company's terms, move on to something else. It's really pretty simple.
