TraderFan, GlobalHunter is certainly more of a "Neutral Party" than any long shareholder here or short article-blogger. They don't make money if the stock goes up or down. They lose a LOT of reputation if there is real fraud in the company and they endorse it even after the attacks. Same for Northland Securities.

Regarding another hit piece, I doubt it is coming personally. The smart shorts have already made their money and probably left the building (Replaced by dumb shorts who believed the attacks). The lawsuit by Shapiro and strong defense of the company by its shareholders has probably put some caution on the short blogger's mind as well.

Shorts also know that the weak hands have mostly left the building by now and that there is very strong buying support in the 11's. The benefit of another short attack seems limited to me at this point unless they have a smoking gun that can pull another RINO (highly highly doubtful).

We'll see how things go.

Note: I bet there are less shorts now than the 6.7M we had before. A lot of brokerages went to 80-100% margin requirement on CCME and thus there are probably alot less available shares to borrow than before.
