Bush ran a healthy deficit also if you remember (He began with a SURPLUS and ended with over a trillion dollar deficit

i guess you forgot when Bush took office there was this dot com bubble, and then 911, he had more on his plate then any pres.

about that surplus did it come from the S.S. fund
