What did you guys think of the 10k?

They are going through a very tough time in the developmental stage....major funds are needed to continue. I wish them all the best and I hope they make it through.

The 10k does not hide the fact that by the time they reach marketability, there product might be obsolete. As they grow, expenses will grow also. I think the best would be for a bigger company to swallow this whole project in about a year if they cant sustain themselves. they cant be living off credit for much longer. max 3-4 years, after that its fortune telling.

As a business owner I have a lot of respect for the whole team for the efforts and sacrifices being made. Many more challenges are ahead of this company. I had just bought more stocks this morning, thats it for me. I'm holding on and Keeping my fingers crossed.
