Steelers OXIS won't belly up until the insiders Theorem and Bristol etc convert their penny shares and dump them . I anticipate this will start shortly and run all through March with Tony putting together everything he can in puff press releases.

Just think if they can convert at a penny and sell at average of $ .11 they would make a $ 40,000,000 plus profit. At a $ .06 average price the profit would be $ 20,000,000 plus for the insiders. At a $ .03 average price its still an $ 8,000,000 plus profit for the insiders.

The insiders are not going to pass up that type payday on a company like OXIS where there were zero revenues in first nine months of 2010.

Sdaly since the warrants seem to be mainly "cashless" all the "cashless" conversions will gie OXIS ZERO in income.
