You are correct, the subpoena is looking for documents from when Dean was in control. It is quite clear they are going after Dean, I'm sure the FBI didn't want Jeff releasing the name of the targeted individual. But we all know it is Dean.

Some people might be confused on this point, thanks for clearing it up.

What Now? Now Dean goes to jail.
