I just got a call back from Christian at Mr. Markle's office. We defiantly are not going to make it this week and so will be rescheduled for another setting. That setting will not be the following setting. He also said as we are one of the newest cases we very well could not make it even in the next setting. Although he said we also could. So honestly in talking to the Court Scheduler today and now Markle... I don't see this happening in the next few week at a min... could be months.. sad thing is that we just missed this setting by one case... anybody want to go down and make somebody settle in the case scheduled to start tomorrow so that we can get going:) Oh well.. time to buy some more...
