It isn't "bragging" to say they aren't REQUIRED to file anything. It is actually correct terminology, since the company FILED to become non-reporting.

And since the SEC decided to make up a document and a document number just to make sure that companies are, in fact, able to become non reporting, I rather think your opinion that the Pennsylvania State Securities will make them file anything is completely incorrect.

This is a matter of following the SEC rules, regardless of anyone's opinions or wishes for filings.
