He can't even throw and event - leak in a PR that confirmed celebs showing with be thte Hilton girls and get someone fromt he press to show up and take a picture?!?!?!?

The guy can't issue a statement that has any truth to it, why would someone give him $10 mil for anything? Don't you think before giving him $10 mil the investors would maybe do a little DD, and maybe even look at this forum. Heck- before giving $10 they might even hire a PI. There might have to be a competing bid at let say $9 mil?!~?!? Ever think of that?
