With the apparent 'BELT TIGHTENING'.,now is not a good time
to add another expense to our bottom line..

Especially since PTSC has declared that any M/A activity is
done for the forseeable future,,there will be nothing to
oversee,, except disbursement of Dividends..

All that is needed for that,, is a comptroller..
