Ryan and Lewis cannot sell...they are insiders...and for anybody that does not know the rules...SEC requirements for insiders selling is very stringent.
Insiders can only sell a small percentage of there shares at any one moment..and there are many factors that come into the mix such as volume, and time of year. Only a small percentage per quarter can be sold..andonly a small percentage of daily avg volume can be sold....they also must file with the SEC when they sell..which is public knowledge
