zabone: Can't say for sure if that's her, but if I had to place a bet on it, I would. Interesting tidbits: Drago will be 73 this year; Kathleen was 52 in January. Drago's first wife was Nanette Snook Daic. Their children are around the same age as Kathleen.
Though the marriage records state that Kathleen's name was Kathleen S. McGowan when she married Drago, somewhere in there she had the last name of Seitan. There is even a name-change on file for a young girl, presumably her daughter, changing her name from Seitan to Daic. Kathleen is listed as Kathleen Susanne Daic on the mortgage papers, but it appears that the "S" sometimes stands for Seitan, and sometimes for Susanne.
When you research the name Kathleen Seitan, you will come across the business Power Health International, which is listed on Walters Road, along with all of the other business ventures of Daics.
I looked in the Texas Medical Board records to see if she was a licensed physician using the names Daic, Seitan and McGowan, and couldn't find anything. My bet would be that she was/is a nutritional counselor or something along those lines, and some of her clients referred to her as their doctor -- I really don't know for sure. I guess it's possible she could be licensed in another state.
Both names, Daic and Seitan, are very unusual, leaving very few available for research. For that reason alone, I would bet that photo is her. I know it's all not for nothing, but it is curious and interesting to say the least.
