Hi novicetrader. For all you know these people that mentioned the posting of 3Q earnins on February 18 must have read my analytical discussion a few postings ago where a explained the same thing. But then one of you guys made a statement that alerted me to the fact that the company had filed late (according to their written guidelines) and this led me to look carefully into their detailed procedure for filing 10Qs.

The procedures states that: ON THE 44TH DAY AFTER OF THE CLOSING OF THE QUARTER "External Legal Counsel to file report via EDGAR" .

Therefore, if rules are followed without delay we might wake up tomorrow and see a News Release at 9:01 a.m. with the earnings.

P.S. To tell you the truth if the earnings are very good they might make the release this afternoon at about 4:15 to drive all the analysts crazy and give them time to prepare pumping letters in time for tomorrow's opening. LOL all the way to the bank!!!!!!
