Is resilient as can be. Sub-penny level here is not an option. What some forget is the A/S (70M) and O/S(28M) which is ridiculously low for any public company...regardless if its in the greys or not and regardless if some believe the company is a farse. Management could do a heck of a lot better in terms of communication with shareholders but IMHO, there is huge, HUGE interest in these shares. If SAEI gets back on the OTC, its game over, KA-CHING style.
