The game really started changing when they purchased Trimax last year. At that time they were only known as a company with products for monitoring fiber-optic networks.

Along with picking up the customers and revenues from Trimax's existing business, they knew Trimax's proprietary secure wireless networking technology would be the corner stone in the smart-grid products they were developing. I am extremely impressed by the vision required to put all the pieces together like they have.
