I was thinking the same thing. I dont think FUGI can go much lower with the tight share structure and everything going on, when the masses get here it will only gonna go up then.

Hopefully we will get an update press release on the status of the festival, Dan had said they are working on one for early this week.

Other than that filings should be right around the corner, not sure what is going on with that, I would assume as a CFO it would be at the top of his priority list to get those out or atleast give an update.

The Nevada SOS has still not been updated either. I called the Nevada SOS last monday and they said nothing is pending or anything. It would be nice to get that taken care of.

Im my honest opinion, I think everyone is caught up with the festival and obviously when lawyers get involved, the level of communication decreases even more. Nothing wrong with that at all. I'm personally rooting for FUGI, the communication with Dan has been great thus far and there is proof all around of all the things going on. Regarding the financials, the first one is already out so that takes away alot of doubt regarding revenue figures and the auditing firm, the rest will follow soon.

Sorry for the extended essay and thank u guys for putting up with me persuading myself that it's best to hold.
