Just sent got this email from the person who schedules the case for the 333rd. Might explain why nothing shows for the next couple weeks as it fall in a different "term".

I honestly don’t believe this case will be reached this term. This case is still on the docket, this is the last week of the docket and have a jury case coming tomorrow that is not your case. I will let you know when I am able to release you from this two week term.
