The bottom line, you need sales to justify the additional equity. In theory, most stocks will
depreciate after an offering is announced. Our stock hasn't at this point, which certainly can be construed as bullish. The offer is still open, so will see how the market reacts to the final numbers.


Perhaps the market is hinting, that current dilution, which is obviously necessary for CYRX to move forward, coupled with "Deep Frozen" and other future events, far out weights the rate of dilution.
The real rate of return is the key.
