Good morning all, I was concerned I did not do enough dd for myself after the ;( comments this weekend so I researched all I could on the company, and any principal's name I found on the website. I am newly retired from a fortune 100 co and my job was to set up businesses with data services. I learned to qualify customers via tax id's / legal documents/dissolved corporate names (bogus executives set up co after co that have dissolved unfavorably). After 4 hours online yesterday I felt much better. No dissolusions, tax id's checked out, no filings of debt, and Wm's other co Trilliant Exploration was in good standing also, as was the law firm, the accountant., etc... Whatever the 4th qtr filings are I will stay the course as this is the financial base the company needs to show large banks/investors it is a solid investment. GLTA and Happy Valentines Day !
