Thanks lesnshawn. Another good reason. They do have a poison pill, though.

It seems to me, that there are more pluses at this point to a buy-back, than negatives. Perfect timing for a buy back? Right when a 'deal' of some sort is in the making, and Virgin case soon settled? Money in 'the bank' from Cornell?

I'm no expert of course. Just seems like something that could be a good thing, with good timing.
