I think your notion is far from accurate. I seriously doubt it is taking $500K to build the 2nd processor: 1) JB never used such a large number for one processor, 2) the chamber has been on sight for some time so is likely already paid for, and 3) you have not posted any evidence suggesting your $500K number has any merit.

With that said, I am sure they have lots of different costs right now and I am equally sure they have lots of different ways to raise money, so even if you were correct and building the 2nd processor costs 500K, it is not a significant hurdle, IMO.
