BRAVADA International Ltd. (www.Bravadawomen.com) (Pink Sheets:BRAV) announced today that it is developing its wholesale business as one of its core revenue segments for its BRAVADA Elite high performance private label as well as for its cotton blend women’s activewear, sport fashion, yoga clothes and workout clothing that it expects to private label and manufacture, tentatively called BRAVADA Basics.

BRAVADA will develop two main revenue segments, retail (direct to consumer) and wholesale (select third party retail vendors). BRAVADA’s revenue segments can be broken into the following categories with their respective forecasted net revenue distribution:

1. Retail (67%)

A. BRAVADA Women’s Athletica Retail Stores (55%)

i. Corporate Stores (75%)

ii. Franchise Stores (25%)

B. Online Retail (12%)

i. BravadaWomen.com (88%)

ii. OnlyLeggings.com (3%)

2. Wholesale – BRAVADA Private Labels (33%)

A. Third Party Retailers (25%)

B. Co-branding (8%)

*WorldofJeggings.com is expected to be released in Q2, 2011

BRAVADA anticipates its wholesale enterprise to comprise about one third of its total revenue pie; however, revenue derived from its wholesale business will intrinsically have higher product volumes with lower gross margins and lower fixed costs to propagate that revenue as the wholesale enterprise will be added to existing facilities and fulfillment routines.

BRAVADA Wholesale Products

BRAVADA Elite:

Manufactured in Brazil, High Performance Women’s Activewear, Yoga Clothes, Brazilian Workout Clothes, Fitness Wear and Sport Fashion Pieces
BRAVADA Basic – In Development

To be manufactured in the USA, includes cotton basic blends, various sports T’s, bottoms, workout clothes, hoodies, leggings and fashion activewear. Manufacturing facilities have been sourced with products in the development stage.
BRAVADA Sport Fashion – BRAVADA Elite and BRAVADA Basic

To be Manufactured in USA and Brazil; some sport fashion styles are already included in BRAVADA Elite with additional cotton blend sport fashion styles to be manufactured in the United States.
BRAVADA already has a significant number of domestic and international select third party retailers who have requested to retail BRAVADA’s women’s activewear. BRAVADA believes that the wholesale segment of its business will grow significantly and will only be limited in its ability to stock higher quantities of product as sales accelerate.
