30 Million? Did you get a ballot in the mail to vote on the R/S? you Own only 10 million less then the "PAST CEO" an his was the only name on the amendmet for shareholder approval.

As far as being a lost cause well unless this company decides to show it shareholders the love for investing their HARD EARNED MONEY in the company im afraid histroy will repeat itself and as soon as this opens after the reverse their gonna dump as fast as they possibly can and drive the pps right back to where it is now and then in another couple weeks will all be "speculating" on weather were going to see another share increase or a R/S to keep the cycle going.
