RCCH IS NOT DTC ABLE >>you are trying to dtc out to fidelity from t d amtd >> it will not happen period. you are stuck at td amtd ,and if you get angry they will flush your account like they did me years ago for getting upset with one of their punk brokers. the stock will remain non dtc able until the dtcc takes the chill off,or the ceo does something to take the chill off. a reverse split gets it done pretty quick. i hate this too b/c i have millions...i got caught with 7 gendarme messed with stocks. ian lamphere should sing like a castrotee down the slopes of vermont. imho capische?!
