Q-Tunes, a couple of discussion points and questions if I may:

BUT- NO PRESS RELEASES ABOUT BANKRUPTCY, GOING UNDER IN ANY WAY, OR ANY OTHER NEWS THAT SAYS QTRAX IS DONE!

I'm really not sure where you are going here. It seems apparent that BLLN has no US situs, no real assets, and no manifest intent of paying creditors. Likely they would have difficulty gathering the funds to retain proper bankruptcy council. What I think you should prepare for, is the company just fading away. They'll be no PRs or bankruptcy filings. There will likely be no significant corporate assets to satisfy judgment creditors. I suspect the CEO will just "walk away". Sort of like what has already happened in terms of work outs with creditors, reporting financial information, and providing shareholder updates.

but we all have to understand, and I think we all do, that when people spend 2-3 years doing it, IT MUST MEAN the company has the potential- that it is NOT destined for failure!

I must disabuse you of this notion. There is no logic in saying that people reminding the board of the constant failure to deliver this company has demonstrated in any way means the company is not destined to failure. I will not profit from the final demise of BLLN, in fact I remain a stockholder. Although I don't know the other parties personally, I suspect their motives are merely based in a desire to hold accountable the ones who provided disinformation in the past. Remaining silent when you believe wrong doing is abound is not an option for some.

A corollary to this logic, often present in failing pinks, is to blame the mythological "short sellers" for a company's failing stock price. In nearly every case this is nothing more than a pure ruse, plain and simple. There are never any shorts, nor any short squeezes. When one starts reading about this, one should seriously consider reducing their exposure. I've seen this happen so many times when retail investors become enamored with non-reporting companies. A few years this was all the rage in this very forum, but blaming the shorts finally went away when it became obvious who and what was responsible for this company's performance.

Now my question for you: do you REALLY believe that Qtrax has the potential to have a material effect on Apple's music distribution? This is akin to my saying my basement startup could challenge Raytheon's defense division. If you believe this, what makes you think Qtrax will deliver a product that is compelling and what gives you faith they can actually sustain a non-humiliating rollout of same. No offense intended, I would just like to know where this hope is founded.
