Lol....I could care less who was the CEO before ZOYES, I care more about the present and the thousands of dollars I'm down because I bought into something that has been a total joke and has only benefited the boys unloading the stock.

There is no real DD anyone can do with this comapny as very litte information is available after the inital anouncement of a contract or dollar amounts and when you do speak with the company as I have in the past they flat out tell you there will be no reverse split and hey the stcok is worth nothing now so why dont you hang around and see what happens next so most DD is based on speculation and speculation of others which for the most part 90 percent of the time in the end has been right on.

Maybe you can do some DD on this and find out what became of this anouncemnet and the 10 million dollars a year it should have been generating by now.

Hi-Score Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HSCO) announced today the launching of a nationwide distributorship program. The program is designed to install 2000 distributors that will service approximately 30,000 retail locations. Each location will receive a Point of Purchase Display Rack that will show and sell Hi-Score's EcoGreenBulb line of liquid mercury free compact fluorescent light bulbs.

The implementation of the entire network of distributors will begin immediately and is expected to continue through 2011. A spokesman for the company said that "Our focus groups and other research tells us that our EcoGreenBulb line is the right product at the right time... we expect the program to produce approximately ten million dollars in revenue for Hi-Score within the next 24-30 months."

So now they have done a reverse split when they said over and over they wouldent and whats worse they offerend nothing in the way of a special dividend to their share holders at the time of the split so let me ask you this.

The PPS after the split should be 0.0125, My guess or "speculation" will be that the company will dump into it as fast as they can and it will be a very short period of time before the PPS is right back where it is at the monent. What do you think will happen as history as pretty much already made it a forgone conclusion.
