SO now you are posting something filed onto pinksheets.com, a site that you yourself have claimed is questionable, which is dated AFTER the SEC filing and attempting to use it as evidence that the SEC form from before was incorrect?

I mean if we are going to listen to pinksheets.com and use them as a reliable source well then we should listen to their stop sign warning where it basically says you can't trust these people.
So which is it 4kids? Is that site reliable or not?
Are we to believe that a form filed with the sec was done incorrectly? I mean it is not like they simply checked a wrong box. They actually had to put his info on there. What did they think the form was asking that they made such a mistake?
Or perhaps the company is now trying to pretend that Kendrick wasn't involved from the very beginning because it makes his involvement look completely staged and supports the accusations that nothing has changed.
Which we all know it hasn't. Once a scam, always a scam. You might want to try and find another one, this cat is out of the bag and has been since August 2009. I am actually shocked they were able to keep it going for as long as they did.
Oh and btw 4kids, you like to say repeatedly that the company first raised the A/S in 2010. This isn't true. The company raised the A/S prior to that. If you are unsure of what I am speaking of, the info is contained on the very site you linked and it is part of their 2006 *audited* fins.
I know you havent read any of those yet, so I will give you some time to actually do so and then we can have intelligent discussion about this scam instead of the misinformed regurgitation of JD speak.
