We know they aren't diluting based filings and e-mail responses. What I want know relates to the preferred shares. It is entirely truthful to say no dilution is happening because they are already in the current outstanding. I would like to see that the preferred shares are not slowly be turned into common and sold. To me, the affirmation that the preferred share structure is still constant would also speak to their commitment to holding out for a much bigger return.

Would it change anyone's position or outlook if they were slowly converting.
