Is the level 2 data an indication of accumulation or dilution?
On Friday there were more sells (205 million) than buys (175 million). Thursday was also slightly heavier towards the sells however the pps has stayed steady and even up-ticked late Friday. Is this a sign of dilution? Would the pps hold up under dilution of over 200 million shares sold?
It is common knowledge that a buy below the ask is often recorded as a sell and market makers will often record a buy as a sell to purposely manipulate the situation. So if many of those 205 million sells on Friday were ACTUALLY BUYS was the stock really diluted?
Why would insiders sell at .0002 to dilute the stock when they can and will release further news updates and get the pps to a much higher level?
Folks! This is a classic accumulation period and when it’s over the pps will be higher. Look for the .0003s to be gone first part of this week and a gap up later in the week. All of this is just an opinion of course.
