Just had to point out one point.

Its the last 10 yrs.

All of these Verges companies used to be under NWMT as divisions. Now they are subs. of NWMT with all controlling interest owned by Verges through NWMT. He controls the preferred in NWMT and NWMT controls the preferred in the subs.

Common no voting rights and preferred not affected by dilution.

Verges at current count is running the following P&D:

NWMT
CCTR
NUBL
NVAE

And then he has several private companies which do exclusive service contracts for these. All HQ out of the Dallas TX address suite 210. Dallas mailing address actual physical location is in Addison.
