It was basically a 50% retrace off the highs. Support came in just above 27 cents. The sellers were done at this level. The shorts attempted to crack the support several times, but it held well. The longs can easily push this past any resistance points and re-test of the highs can come quickly. Shorts will likely add fuel to the fire.
