Frank Ianna, MSEE, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Attila Technologies LLC. since 2007. Mr. Ianna has been providing Consulting services to AT&T Corporation through Adea Solutions since September 2003. He served as a consultant to McCreight & Company, Inc. Mr. Ianna served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Quality Officer of AT&T Corp.; President of AT&T Network Services from March 1997 to April 2003, where he was responsible for the design, ... development, deployment, and operation of its local and long-distance communications networks, and customer provisioning and maintenance. In addition, he led AT&T's Business Customer Care operation, the Customer Relationship Management group, and the Connectivity Services organization, responsible for product management of its data and voice services. From 1990 to September 1998, Mr. Ianna held several senior management positions with AT&T including Executive Vice President for Network and Computing Services and Vice President and General Manager for Network and Computing Services. He also served in various management and staff positions at AT&T from 1972 to 1998. He began his career with Bell Laboratories, the AT&T research and development subsidiary in 1972. Mr. Ianna served as a Business Consultant and Executive for several private and nonprofit enterprises. Mr. Ianna has been a Director of Tellabs Inc. since 2004, Wytec, Incorporated since June 1998 and Sprint Nextel Corp. since March 3, 2009. He has been a Director of Clearwire Corporation since November 2008. He serves as a Director of Elanti Systems, Inc. He has been a Director of Attila Technologies LLC. since 2007. He served as a Director of Advanced Fibre Communications, Inc. since February 25, 2004 and Excite@Home (formerly, 'At Home Corporation') since August 2000. He served on the Board of Trustees for the Stevens Institute of Technology from 1998 to February 2007, where he was also the Chairman of Castle Point Holdings ('06-'07), a fully owned Subsidiary of Stevens Institute that funded Startup companies under the Stevens Technogenesis® program. He completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard School of Business in 1985.
