It was something CFO brought up before. From what I took from the exchange, they were gambling in California and if they had won, would have dominated that market because APNC was the only one who went ahead with idea Section 445 did not comply. Not sure if they will fight it out.

As far as numbers, I do not know what we are talking with this one program.

They still offer quite a few products through the insurance marketing division in California.

The Judgment also provides that it does not prohibit Defendants from operating a program that complies with California law

This is not some kind of general rebuke of APNC, just that one particular program.


So every single customer of Care Entree could become a new customer of Smart Solutions Plus, I imagine they will have some plans on trying to retain those members. If they do not try to fight this until the end, I say the conversion of Care Entree members should be begin ASAP.
