be aware/read/speculate , ,finra rule # 4320 which takes effect 2/28/11,i'm no expert,however this and other adjustments by which mm's govern/over -see the bid and ask shall be controlled and be held more accountable,i believe that both the effects and timing of these rules will influence the equation that is our investment.please do your own research as my knowledge in this area is limited.i am holding for the pop and do not desire any more shares as i own a big chunk already.i checked out the ts*s board and by 10:40 they were over a nickel,i do not want to miss the pop here ,my sells are set 3.2 thru 6.2 which i would be thrilled with.as far as 8k they will release/insert into equation when the time is most advantagous.i will cut down on posts and the speculation within ,as the situation here should be clear to a percentage of investors neccesary to drive this home for optimum results, good luck to everyone,YES even you,
