Sarbanes legislation is not a save all. I do say that the legislation is a step in the right directions, however, Section 404 sucks ass. While i understand that internal controls are important, there is always the possiblity of fraud regardless of how many controls you test. If we get through this trading halt and sales start coming in I would like to see the company go out and get a highly regarded accounting firm to do their audit. Sure there are still problems that arise from clients of the Big 4 Accounting firms, but the work done at these firms is far superior to smaller regional firms. I think that it would also add to investor confidence in the long run.
