Leroy posted that he heard closing arguments are scheduled for the 15th (Tues). I also understand there is no rebuttal allowed. I don't imagine this will take much longer than a day, do you? If this gets done in a day, I believe PUC rules require the members to sit down almost immediately after the conclusion of the proceedings in order to deliberate and render a decision on the matter in question, that being the PPA. I think we could have a decision by next week, what do you think?
I'd like to hear your thoughts on what impact you think the decision will have on the PPA. Do you think a positive decision will move the PPS much. I believe a couple of posters here have expressed doubts that a positive outcome to the PPA will have much effect on the PPA. I think the PPS has been waiting for this decision, and when it comes the PPS will move big, either negatively or postively depending upon what the verdict is? I have figures in mind based on certain projections, so I'm not looking for dollar amount predictions, just wondering if yourself or anyone else feels that a positive decision will move the PPS big like I do?
I also think that a once a decision is made Mike will open the flood gates and provide us with more information about the ongoing workings of the company. As frustrated as I am about the lack of information sometimes, I do believe much will be revealed once the PUC makes its decision.
