UPDATE: SPOKE TO HOLLIS:To make it clear: The payment for the bond required for license at Basin Gulch was received by the jurisdiction the same day!! Hollis said he will put out an update to identify exactly what happened monday or tuesday.

Also, The review of the permit and license to do the drilling is already complete as I stated before. It is approved and it is paperwork related to the bonding and the signature for release. They have their approval and funds have been sent that same day. The jurisdiction has to process it and it filters to the appropriate parties in a matter of a day or two.

NOT A BIG DEAL and NOT A LIE as some imply!!! It is normal process when getting approvals and there are always some kinds of paperwork modifications or changes that take place.

again IT IS APPROVED and FUNDS for the BOND sent SAME DAY. Jurisdiction has to process.
