I look at it this way. If he had not followed up with the license then more than likely the many investors that called in would not have done so. Because of all the attention that has been brought to the Basin license a local reporter will now be following up to reduce the calls to the licensing office.

Unless I read it incorrectly that sounds like free press for Dutch and Basin.
