Could you elaborate a bit on this:
"As has been previously discussed here, daily short data is a ruse as it takes three days to clear trades. Very misleading by Shoham to try to spur some buying. Look at the chart during that period ... it was nothing but down from there. Dumpage".

Regarding CMKX ... Isn't there a monster lawsuit going on because of all the naked shorting? Books written about it...Obama addressing the issue during his campaign, etc...?
That was another one of my great stock picks. I really know how to pick em !
