I do not think it is in the best interest of the company for T-Mobile or anyone else to buy CLYW out unless it was for $5-10/share. If these two cases go our way, the annual earnings will be off the chart with nearly no expenses at this point in time. With that setup, the $10/share is probably even low. With the win in both columns coming soon, I think they need to take the cash infusion and file cases against all of the other companies and make Mr. Markle a deal to handle all of the other cases as his reward for doing such a great job. Like other on this board, I am not looking for $1.25 as the top, I am looking for a number north of $10.00 over the next year or so.
