and then shares were bought restricted
at .001

curious why all of this is being
*revisited* now? .. i believe mgmt
when they state that no co. insiders
have sold .. btw my calcs had KM at 150M
along with the landlord b4 the AS increases

i look at the positives .. with the AS at 3.33B
KM doesn't have to worry one way or the other
about filing or showing (privacy) he's at 4.5%
give or take using 150M/3.33B

if folks don't believe in what mgmt states
nothing i post .. is gonna change that
